By accessing or using Clipsly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including those accessing the service on behalf of a business.

2. Description of Service

Clipsly is an AI-powered video automation platform that creates and publishes videos to your connected YouTube channel on a daily basis. The service includes AI script generation, voiceover, captions, and direct publishing to YouTube via the YouTube Data API.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Clipsly. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Subscription and Payment

Clipsly operates on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your niche settings and any personal input you provide. Videos generated by Clipsly on your behalf are yours to use, subject to any applicable licensing for third-party assets. Clipsly retains ownership of its software, AI models, and proprietary systems.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clipsly to create content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines, promotes illegal activity, infringes third-party rights, or constitutes spam or misleading information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clipsly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific growth outcomes, monetisation results, or uninterrupted service availability. YouTube's algorithms and policies are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipsly and its parent company Infinite Goose shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
